CLINTON: My plan, the new college compact, says you should not have to borrow money to pay tuition if you go to a public college or university, and you ought to be able to refinance student debt and I don't believe the federal government should be making a profit off of lending to young people who are borrowing to be able to get their education. We have got to make college affordable! I'm Hillary Clinton and I approve this message.
