Budget Expert - Sept. 23, 2008

ANNOUNCER: Crushing taxes, home foreclosures, North Carolina families are hurting. It began in our legislature where Kay Hagan called herself the budget expert, but raised our taxes by more than $5 billion. And she doubled North Carolina debt, to $7 billion. Kay Hagan is the problem, not a solution.
