Biography

Nancy A. Dunkel was a member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 57 from 2013 to 2017. 

Dunkel was born in Manchester, Iowa, in 1955. She has held many positions in bank leadership roles, including majority shareholder and the president of a bank holding company, and was the first woman to chair the Iowa Bankers Association. In 2017, she was appointed to the Iowa Board of Regents.

She was inducted into the Iowa Women's Hall of Fame in 2011.
