Biography
Carmen Goers was the Republican nominee running to represent Washington’s 8th district in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2024 race, losing to incumbent Kim Schrier in the general election.
Goers was born in California and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix in 2002. Her professional experience includes working in the banking industry. Prior to her 2024 campaign, Goers ran unsuccessfully to represent the 47th district in the Washington House of Representatives in 2022.
