RICE: There are lots of reasons why I'm focused on making college more affordable. Some of them are right here. I've got 11 nieces and nephews. That's a lot of tuition. These days, most families can't afford college tuition, and their kids graduate with crushing student loans. I want to go to Congress to help fix that. We can start by increasing tuition grants, expanding tuition tax breaks, and reducing the interest rates banks charge on these loans.
