ASKINS: As a judge, and then head of the Parole Board I was tough on anyone who harmed a child. More kids die here from abuse per capita than any other state. That angers me. As governor, I'll fight to end the statute of limitations on crimes against children and demand lifetime monitoring of child molesters. Our government can do better and your family and our children deserve it.
