MARTINEZ: When I took office, corruption was rampant. We've recovered over $27 million that were misspent in Richardson's pay to play scandals. Scandals my opponent completely ignored. I've fought to restore confidence, tougher penalties for corruption. And public service shouldn't be about personal payday.
