NOEM: In my time in Congress, I focused on one thing – results. We passed a new farm bill, disaster relief, historic tax cuts that double the child tax credit, and more tools to fight human trafficking. As governor, I won't be any different. We will improve education and training, because that's what today's job market demands. My office will be open and transparent, and instead of raising taxes like my opponent wants to do, we'll create more jobs to get more people working.
