There's a reason Washington is dysfunctional. It's for sale, bought and paid for by moneyed interests. When I'm in Washington, I will put people first, education should be first. Our children should have universally accessible preschool and our college students, you do one year of national service, I say your tuition is paid because our greatest investment as a nation is not in a corporation or in a fighter jet, it's in the American people and that's what I will stand for when I'm in Washington.
