FINKENAUER: Since going to Congress two years ago to fight for Iowa families, I’ve traveled around eastern Iowa learning what’s most important to you. The high cost of prescription drugs usually tops the list, so I voted to allow Medicare to negotiate directly with drug companies on pricing so our seniors don’t need to choose between groceries and medicine.
