HEITKAMP: If anyone thinks North Dakota is not an energy leader, they need to come here. For over 10 years, I’ve been a Director of the Great Plains Plan. It is the only one like is in the country. We’re creating clean, natural gas and jobs in North Dakota towns. We need more innovation like this, but because of the Washington gridlock, it’s not happening.
