SHAHEEN: New Hampshire students leave college with on average $33,000 in debt. It can slow them down for years. But right now, our kids can't refinance their student loans the way you can refinance a car or a mortgage. I want to change that. I’m fighting for a bill to allow students to refinance their loans.
