LUJAN GRISHAM: Imagine you're out at 2 a.m. No, make it 2 p.m. Crime can happen at any time of day. You'd want to see more police with the best technology – like DNA testing, gunfire detection, and security cameras. And you'd want local police involved in every neighborhood. You'd want tougher penalties for DWI, child abuse, and car theft. And you'd want a governor who delivers on all of it. In Congress, I got millions of dollars for our police. I can do even more as governor.
