ROBERT PARKER: Just one woman with a vision has mobilized the entire Miami-Dade community in support of our children. Frederica Wilson, founder of 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project. She is now running for Congressional District 17. Wouldn't be a wonderful world if every state had a 5000 Role Models of Excellence program?
