EDWARDS: Gunfire terrifying kids at night, grandparents skipping meals to pay for prescriptions. People worried about holding on to what they got, and a Washington that doesn’t see and doesn’t care.

They are why I took on the NRA, why I said no to the Social Security cut Chris Van Hollen said he’d consider. And why I won’t take money from Wall Street banks, even though my opponent said he would.
