STEFANIK: Raise your hand if you think Washington is broken. Unanimous. My name is Elise Stefanik, and I come from a small business family. We feel firsthand the economic challenges facing small businesses. We need to get rid of the regulations that are strangling our small businesses. I think Congress should pass no law that they don't live by themselves. I want to create jobs and create economic opportunity in the North Country.
