MIKE NAVARRE: I'm Sheriff Mike Navarre. I've worked with leaders from both parties. Marcy Kaptur is as effective as they come. She delivered funds for community policing and a new jail. And she helped fund the Police Athletic League to steer kids away from crime. Most of all, Marcy brought home funds for a hundred new officers, and the training and equipment to keep them safe.
